Simple Forwarding
This tutorial explains how to connect to/disconnect from Cisco AnyConnect, NC State's VPN Client. Additionally, this video offers further context into the im. If you will be working remote and accessing your share drive and other resources on campus, make sure you have Cisco AnyConnect VPN installed on any computer that you will use remotely. To download and test, go to vpn.ncsu.edu.
To Begin Call Forwarding
* Press the [CFwdAll] button.
* Type the phone number to forward. (7919XXXYYYY)
* All calls will be forwarded to that number.
To Cancel Call Forwarding
* Press the [CFwdAll] Button.
* All calls will NO LONGER be forwarded.
Single Number Reach
NCSU has enabled the ability to have your work number also ring other telephone numbers like your cell phone. This feature is called “single number reach”.
To Activate
* Login to Cisco AnyConnect and Connect to vpn.ncsu.edu
* Goto: https://uctools.comtech.ncsu.edu/selfservice/
* Click: box under SNR
* Goto: https://myphone.ncsu.edu/
* Click + to add Additional Phones
* Enter other phone number.
